Docks and Fishing Boats (0:00–6:30)
Build a Dock first, hold 3 Docks and Fishing Boats non-stop, and age up at 4:45 with the Tower of Victory: Age II at 6:30 with about 15 Fishing Boats.
- 0:00 — 5 villagers on wood; 1 villager builds a Dock; rally on food.
- 1:15 — Rally on wood; keep 3 to 4 villagers on food while the Dock produces Fishing Boats.
- 2:00 — Rally on food once 10 are on wood.
- 2:25 — A second Dock.
- 3:30 — 3 food villagers move to gold; rally on food.
- 4:45 — A third Dock, then age up with the Tower of Victory: 4 villagers build it.
Elephants, archers and boats (6:30)
Start a Stable and an Archery Range, reach 4 elephants, 10 Archers and 20 Fishing Boats around 8:30, then go to Castle or keep producing and attacking, depending on the game.
- 6:30 — About 15 Fishing Boats by now. Woven Baskets, Stable and Archery Range; Archers and Raider Elephants.
- 8:30 — Benchmark: 4 elephants, 10 Archers and 20 Fishing Boats.
- 9:30 — A Blacksmith and Steeled Arrow.
- — After that, go to Castle or keep producing and killing, depending on the game.
Tips
- Hybrid map (four lakes): the Dock is the first building, even before the Houses.
- Expect about 15 Fishing Boats at 6:30 and 20 at 8:30: the food comes from the water.
- The Tower of Victory gives +20% attack speed to elephants produced within its influence: put the Stable close by.
- At 8:30, 4 elephants and 10 Archers are enough to pressure the opponent; otherwise, aim for Castle.
