Gold, stone, wood, then the age-up (0:00–4:05)

Start the age-up at 3:05 with 15 villagers (8 on wood, 7 on stone): the stone pays for the second Town Center, which goes down as soon as Age II arrives at 4:05.

  1. 0:00 — 6 villagers on sheep. The first new villager builds a House, then a Mining Camp on the gold; rally on gold until 2 miners.
  2. 0:45 — The 2 miners are in place: rally on wood for 3 villagers. Do not send them to the isolated trees, unless the wood is far from the Town Center.
  3. 1:45 — Rally back on sheep.
  4. 2:20 — At 200 gold gathered, the 2 miners go to stone.
  5. 2:35 — Rally on wood; 5 sheep villagers to stone, the other 2 on a different wood.
  6. 3:05 — Age up with the Knights Hospitaller. The count stays at 15 villagers until Age II arrives.
  7. 4:00 — At 300 stone, the stone villagers walk to the second Town Center spot: on the deer first, next to the berries if you are under attack.

Second Town Center, then the Barracks (4:05)

Put the second Town Center down as soon as Age II arrives, send its 7 builders to food afterwards, and build a Barracks and Palisades: 26 villagers at 6:30, with two Town Centers producing.

  1. 4:05 — Age II. At 400 wood, 5 wood villagers go to sheep, and the second Town Center goes up, with the rally point on the deer.
  2. 4:45 — Rally on gold.
  3. 4:55 — A Barracks; a Stable against the English, an Archery Range against the Mongols and the Ayyubids.
  4. 5:10 — Second Town Center done: its 7 builders go to food. A House, then Palisades and an Outpost.
  5. 5:10 — A Mill on the next food source, for Survival Techniques. Hospitaller Knights (or Spearmen against cavalry raids) and an Archery Range for Archers.
  6. 6:30 — Both Town Centers rally on wood.
  7. — A Blacksmith: Iron Undermesh and Fitted Leatherwork. Once the base is safe, Safe Passage and Sanctuary; then a Fortress and Age III.
