Fast Imperial · Boom — Order of the Dragon AoE4
Boar, Meinwerk at 2:50 (0:00–4:50)
Hunt the boar with the 5 starting villagers, start the Meinwerk Palace at 2:50 with a single builder, then rally 8 villagers on gold: Age II at 4:50.
- 0:10 — 5 Gilded Villagers on sheep; the Scout looks for a boar.
- 0:40 — As soon as a boar is found, send the 5 villagers to it, with the Scout to tank the hits.
- 1:00 — The 2 new villagers go to gold: one builds a Mining Camp, the other a House.
- 1:20 — Rally on sheep until Age II.
- 2:50 — A sheep villager builds the Meinwerk Palace: age-up.
- 3:10 — The next 2 villagers go to the trees near the Town Center.
- 3:50 — Rally on gold until 8 villagers on gold, then rally on food until Age III.
Gold, then Regnitz Cathedral (4:50–7:30)
Rally 8 miners on gold, start the Regnitz Cathedral at 6:15 with 4 builders and a Stable at 6:35: Age III at 7:30.
- 4:50 — Age II: rally still on gold until 8 miners; then on food until Age III.
- 6:15 — Age up: 5 sheep villagers leave, 4 of whom build the Regnitz Cathedral near the Town Center.
- 6:30 — Rally on wood, until 5 villagers.
- 6:35 — One villager builds a Stable.
Prelates, relics, Gilded Knight (7:30–12:00)
Gather the relics with 3 Prelates, protect them with Gilded Horsemen, dive the enemy economy with a Gilded Knight, then start Age IV at 10:20 with the Palace of Swabia.
- 7:30 — Age III: produce 3 Prelates at once and send them to take the relics.
- 7:45 — Produce 1 Gilded Knight and research Iron Undermesh and Fitted Leatherwork at the Meinwerk Palace. Try to make 2 more Gilded Horsemen to protect the relics.
- 7:55 — Send the Gilded Knight to dive the enemy gold or stone without dying: the unit is expensive; if it loses health, send it back to be healed by a Prelate.
- 8:55 — When 20 villagers are on food and 10 on gold, rally on wood until the end of the game.
- 10:20 — Age up: all the sheep villagers build the Palace of Swabia, for the boom.
Palace of Swabia, boom (12:00)
Rally the Town Center and the Palace of Swabia on wood and produce villagers nonstop.
- 12:00 — Rally the Town Center and the Palace of Swabia on wood; infinite villager production.
Tips
- The Gilded Knight is there to dive the enemy gold or stone; it is expensive, so if it is hurt, send it back to heal with a Prelate.
- Produce 3 Prelates as soon as Age III for the relics, with 2 more Gilded Horsemen to protect them.
- Swaggy Professor’s variant (deer-based fast castle): Regnitz Cathedral against an opponent who booms, Burgrave Palace if he plays units.
- In Age IV, the Town Center and the Palace of Swabia produce nonstop, rallied on wood (the author’s instruction).
